Where Culture Meets Education

The Fine Arts Program is offered to students from Grade 1 through Grade 5, nurturing creativity and visual expression through structured skill development.
Color Theory and Application:
Students learn to identify primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, and understand concepts like warm vs. cool colors, shading, and gradient transitions. By Grade 5, students are able to apply tonal techniques to create complete, expressive artworks.
Scissor Use and Paper Modeling:
From Grade 1, students are taught how to use various types of scissors to cut shapes in straight or curved lines. By Grade 5, they develop the ability to construct three-dimensional paper models, enhancing their spatial awareness and fine motor skills.
Typography and Line Art:
Students explore different types of lines—straight, italic, curved, and decorative punctuation—and practice filling shapes with color and texture. Fifth Grade students are encouraged to create integrated art pieces using lines or textured materials such as wool, often inspired by repetitive patterns and motifs.
This well-rounded approach ensures that every student gains technical skills, creative confidence, and a genuine appreciation for visual arts.
