The Personal and Social Education (PSE) program, offered through the Physical Education Department, is based on the belief that a healthy individual requires both mental and physical well-being. This program plays a vital role in supporting students’ development at all stages of their growth.

The PSE curriculum is divided into two main components:

  • Group Activities:
Students engage in team sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, and Football. These activities foster cooperation, enhance psychological resilience, promote positive thinking, and develop strategic planning skills. They also introduce students to the technical and ethical rules of each sport, while providing a healthy outlet for energy and emotions.

  • Individual Activities:
Students also participate in individual sports like Gymnastics and Karate, which help build self-confidence, emotional balance, and independence. These activities encourage students to train both individually and in groups, helping them break routine and develop perseverance.

Through both team and individual sports, students develop physical fitness attributes such as strength, speed, flexibility, agility, endurance, and balance, forming a solid foundation for lifelong health and wellness.
